Terms of Service.

Protocol is a free recommendation engine. Upload bloodwork or describe your symptoms and Protocol generates a personalized supplement stack with exact doses and timing, saved to your account.

Protocol does not currently sell supplements or any physical product. Recommendations are informational: where to buy and whether to buy is entirely up to you.

Protocol is not a laboratory, medical provider, pharmacy, or emergency service. We do not diagnose conditions, treat disease, or replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Protocol recommendations are for general wellness and nutritional support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should review recommendations, ingredients, and dosing with a licensed healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, have allergies, or are under medical supervision.

Dietary supplements can affect people differently and may interact with medications, medical conditions, procedures, or other supplements. Do not start a supplement because Protocol suggested it without considering your own circumstances and, where appropriate, professional guidance.

If you upload bloodwork, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use that file. Protocol uses automated systems and third-party AI providers to extract biomarker information and generate your suggested stack.

AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for your circumstances. You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow any recommendation.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Protocol. You agree to provide accurate account and health-related information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

You agree not to upload unlawful files, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, scrape or mass-extract recommendations, or use Protocol for medical emergencies, clinical decision-making, or unlawful purposes.

Recommendations are generated for your personal use. You may not resell, repackage, or present Protocol output as professional medical guidance.

Protocol owns or licenses the site, brand, software, formulations engine, designs, text, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize Protocol materials without permission.

You retain ownership of files and information you submit, but you grant Protocol permission to use them to provide, secure, and improve the service.

The service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Protocol does not guarantee that following a recommendation will produce a specific biomarker change, symptom change, wellness outcome, or performance result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protocol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

Some rights cannot be limited by these Terms. Nothing here limits rights you may have under consumer protection, privacy, or other applicable laws.

We may update these Terms as Protocol evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Protocol after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
