Terms of Service.
These Terms explain how Protocol works, including included blood panels, subscriptions, lab review, AI-assisted recommendations, and custom supplement pouches.
01
What Protocol Provides
Protocol provides a subscription service for personalized daily supplement pouches. Customers may receive an included initial blood panel with an eligible membership, upload eligible existing results, select goal support, and purchase monthly shipments of pre-measured supplement blends.
Protocol may coordinate testing through independent laboratory and collection partners, but Protocol is not a laboratory, medical provider, pharmacy, or emergency service. We do not diagnose conditions, treat disease, or replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.
02
Health and Supplement Disclaimer
Protocol recommendations are for general wellness and nutritional support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should review recommendations, ingredients, and dosing with a licensed healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, have allergies, or are under medical supervision.
Dietary supplements can affect people differently and may interact with medications, medical conditions, procedures, or other supplements. Stop using a product and contact a healthcare professional if you experience an adverse reaction.
03
Bloodwork Review and AI Output
If you upload bloodwork, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use that file. If testing is arranged through Protocol, you authorize the laboratory and its service providers to share the resulting report with Protocol. Protocol may use automated systems and third-party AI providers to extract information, generate a suggested protocol, and recommend optional focus areas.
AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for your circumstances. Protocol may review, format, or adjust recommendations before fulfillment, but you remain responsible for deciding whether to purchase and consume any product.
04
Included First Blood Panel
Protocol may include the cost of your first blood panel when you select an initial membership term of six months or longer. Eligibility, included testing, collection options, and any limits will be shown before you agree.
By accepting the included first panel, you agree to pay for at least six consecutive months of Protocol membership. This is a minimum initial term, not a month-to-month cancel-anytime offer during those first six paid months.
After the initial six paid months, the subscription continues according to the renewal terms shown at checkout and may be canceled before the next renewal. Paused, unpaid, refunded, or inactive months do not count toward the six-month minimum.
If Protocol cannot arrange the panel or cannot produce or fulfill your formula, Protocol may cancel the commitment or provide another remedy as required by law. Uploading your own results or building from goals alone does not require the six-month blood panel commitment unless separately disclosed.
05
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Protocol. You agree to provide accurate account, shipping, billing, goal, and health-related information and to keep it current.
You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
06
Orders, Pricing, and Subscriptions
Protocol pricing is based on the total number of ingredients included in your monthly pouch. Lab-guided ingredients and selected goal-support ingredients count toward the same formula tier. Pricing may change as your formula changes.
Before the first shipment, you will see the proposed formula and monthly price and may approve or decline it. By approving and starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscription changes, goal changes, or bloodwork updates may apply to the next billing cycle depending on timing, fulfillment status, and product availability.
07
Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Protocol does not store full payment card numbers. Your payment processor may apply its own terms and privacy practices.
If payment fails, we may pause fulfillment, retry payment, request updated billing information, or cancel the order. Failed, paused, refunded, or inactive months do not count toward an applicable minimum membership term. Taxes, shipping, and other charges may be added when applicable.
08
Shipping, Returns, and Changes
Protocol pouches are custom-prepared for each customer. Once a formula has entered fulfillment, orders may not be cancellable or refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by Protocol.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, supply constraints, or events outside our reasonable control.
09
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to read ingredient information, check for allergens, follow usage instructions, and use Protocol products only as directed. Do not share your pouches with others.
You agree not to upload unlawful files, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, or use Protocol for medical emergencies, clinical decision-making, or unlawful purposes.
10
Content and Intellectual Property
Protocol owns or licenses the site, brand, software, designs, text, product experience, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize Protocol materials without permission.
You retain ownership of files and information you submit, but you grant Protocol permission to use them to provide, secure, improve, and fulfill the service.
11
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service and products are provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Protocol does not guarantee that a supplement will produce a specific biomarker change, symptom change, wellness outcome, or performance result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protocol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid Protocol in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12
Disputes
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
Some rights cannot be limited by these Terms. Nothing here limits rights you may have under consumer protection, product liability, privacy, or other applicable laws.
13
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Protocol evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Protocol after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
